It takes several decades for the Sahara Rose to be formed, due to the effect of the solutions saturated with the minerals oxides and the evaporation of water molecules over time. This has given the Sahara Rose it's uniqueness and singularity, which made it one of the most beautiful and rare stone in the world. The Sahara Rose has inspired the famous architect Jean Nouvel to design his lifetime architecture masterpiece embodied in the new Qatar National Museum building.
